Christyn Williams edged out some stiff competition to earn the honor after she led all scorers with 27 points on 12-of-23 shooting, while also adding four rebounds, two assists, and strong defense against Iowa’s Caitlin Clark. Paige Bueckers (18 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists), Aaliyah Edwards (18 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists), and Evina Westbrook (17 points, 9 rebounds, 10 assists) also played a major role in the Huskies’ victory over the Hawkeyes, earning each of them a well-deserved honorable mention.
