UConn football DT Caleb Thomas suspended for four games

UPDATE: After sitting out for UConn’s win over Wagner, Randy Edsall announced that Caleb Thomas will be eligible to play this week against Illinois.

Randy Edsall shared that defensive tackle Caleb Thomas, who was projected by many to be a starter this year, is suspended for four games due to an NCAA violation. Edsall said Thomas “got some bad advice” and shared his displeasure with the decision from college football’s governing body.
