Napheesa Collier became the 11th player in UConn women’s basketball history to join the 2,000 point club. She needed 17 points against Cincinnati to get it and did so on an impressive move in the post in the third quarter.

In doing so, Collier also became the fifth player to reach 2,000 points and 1,000 points in her career. The others to do so? Tina Charles, Rebecca Lobo, Maya Moore and Breanna Stewart.

The other members of the 2,000 point club are Moore, Stewart, Charles, Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis, Nykesha Sales, Kerry Bascom, Diana Taurasi, Kara Wolters, Lobo, Katie Lou Samuelson.

Samuelson scored her 2,000 point few weeks ago against USF, making her and Samuelson the first classmates to both reach the milestone.
