The Arlington, Texas native held offers from FCS schools Alabama A&M and Central Arkasas but held interest from fellow AAC school Houston. Lundt is listed as 6-foot-6 and 265 pounds and not rated by any major recruiting sites.
UConn offered him on May 22 and he took an official visit three weeks later on June 12. He is the fourth member of the Huskies’ class of 2019, joining linebacker Dillon Harris, athlete Jackson Mitchell and wide receivers Jayce Medlock and Winston Jules.
