Former UConn Huskies legend (and maybe the greatest women’s basketball player ever) Diana Taurasi made her 2017 return to Connecticut on Friday night at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Unfortunately for Taurasi, the Phoenix Mercury were unable to grab a win against the Connecticut Sun despite her 33 points.
In a wide-ranging interview with the Connecticut media, Taurasi talked about the WNBA players now appearing in EA Sports NBA Live 18, her marriage to former teammate Penny Taylor, playing with Sue Bird and breaking WNBA records amongst other subjects.
