Ryan Carroll officially joined the UConn football program on Wednesday when he signed his National Letter of Intent to the Huskies.
A native of Oxon Hill, MD, Carroll committed to UConn in July. Listed at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds, Carroll brings size to the Huskies’ secondary. He is rated as a two-star prospect by Rivals and held FBS offers from Eastern Michigan, Ohio and Temple in addition to UConn.
This past season at Potomac High School, Carroll totaled 20 tackles while intercepting two passes along with three pass breakups.
