With Breanna Stewart winning the WNBA Rookie of the Month honors for May earlier on Thursday, the UConn women's basketball domination of the awards continued with the announcement of the league-wide honors.

The New York Liberty's Tina Charles and Minnesota Lynx's Maya Moore were named the Eastern Conference and Western Conference Players of the month, respectively, by the league.

Charles averaged 23.4 points and 11.8 rebounds during the month while Moore averaged 22.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 5.3 assists. The former UConn Huskies teammates lead the league in scoring with Charles leading the league in rebounding average as well. The 5.3 assists per game from Moore is good for third in the WNBA.

If you live in Connecticut and you're interested in watching Charles and Moore play, they will be both coming to Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT to take on the Connecticut Sun.

Charles and the Liberty will make their only visit to Connecticut on June 16. Moore and the Lynx come to Connecticut twice, on July 7 and August 26.
