After three rain delays, the Mother Nature decided that the ECU Pirates and UConn Huskies weren't going to finish their baseball game on Friday afternoon. Instead, they'll resume the first game of a three-game set on Saturday at 12 p.m.
The game is currently tied at 0-0 and when they pick it back up, it will be the top of the 7th inning.
What you won't see though is UConn starter Anthony Kay back on the mound nor ECU's Evan Kruzynski. Both starters were superb as they each went six innings and struck out eight a piece.
