Open Thread: UConn Men's Basketball at Cincinnati | 4pm, 5/3 Arena

The Huskies have a quick turnaround from Thursday night's game but need to avenge a loss from earlier in the season.

The Huskies are 2-1 through the first three games of this very important four-game stretch which ends today at Cincinnati.

Last time these two teams met, Cincinnati scored a game-winning basket with 11 seconds left to deflate hand the Huskies another last-second loss at the XL Center. Less than 48 hours after upending No. 21 SMU in their Hartford home, UConn is on the road looking for its 20th win of the season.

Last time these two teams met, Amida Brimah was still sitting out with his finger injury. With Brimah back and coming off of his best game of the season, hopefully UConn can hold a bit stronger down low.

Freshman Jalen Adams has been up and down across the past few games, but those highs have been wonderful to watch. As UConn's best point guard and playmaker, he has an opportunity to be a factor in a game where points will be at a premium.
