As you've noticed, we've got a fancy new look going on in these parts. We're big fans of it and we hope you are as well. We're not the only one with new digs though, so we thought it would be nice to take a little tour of our Big East frenemies, especially since we all have some big news today to celebrate.
And what is that big news? Oh, only that the Big East tournament will be staying in Madison Square Garden for the foreseeable future. Casual Hoya summed up their celebratory feeling with sentiment I think we can all share:
Nice, and also the ACC can eat a bag of all the dicks.
For another take on the news make sure to stroll on over to our Villanova site VUHoops, which took a longer look at the state of the Big East's relationship with MSG and it's future now that a key Villanova grad is not working with the stadium.
Changing gears to a less happy topic, let's talk about football. I can understand that you might be sad about the state of UConn's program, but there is one thing that always cheers me up it's heading over to Voodoo Five to read about the state of USF's football program. Oh, and take a look at their traditional post-game haiku from this weekend. Grim.
Finally, if you're in the mood for a bit of silliness pop over into Marquette blog Anonymous Eagle where Rubie Q has decided to grade whatever he damn well feels like. It's worth your time just for his discussion of USF.
We hope you're enjoying the new look around here, we know it might take a bit of time to get used to but we're fond of it and we hope you are too. If you have any questions let me know in the comments.
