The final coaches' poll of the season was just released and guess what? At least one coach in America doesn't think winning the National Championship makes UConn the No. 1 team in the land.
Hard as it is to believe, UConn only collected 30 of the 31 first-place votes in the poll, with the 31st vote going to Ohio St., which you may remember as that team that has not played basketball in two weeks because THEY LOST IN THE SWEET 16.
The coaches' ballots are published during the regular season but the final poll is anonymous so we'll never know who snubbed the Huskies unless he outs himself. You can see the full list of voters on this page. I'm just going to go ahead and blame Ronald "Fang" Mitchell of Coppin St., mostly because he goes by Fang. You however can blame who you want, possible options: Jim Boeheim, Phil Martelli or Gary Williams.
Butler came in second in the poll, Kentucky was third, Kansas was fourth and Ohio St. came in fifth.
