Neither Jordan Todman nor Scott Lutrus was listed on UConn's Week 5 injury report and are expected to play in Saturday's homecoming game against Vanderbilt.
Todman sat out last week's win over Buffalo with an arm injury while Lutrus has missed all but one game this season with an "upper extremity" (believed to be a stinger). The senior is likely to slide into the strongside position, with Lawrence Wison at middle linebacker and Sio Moore on the weakside.
On the "out" list this week are Man Of A Thousand Positions Jonathan Jean-Louis and starting left tackle Adam Masters, which should pave the way for much-hyped tackle Jimmy Bennett to get the start.
Linebacker Jerome Williams, who recently got in a tussle with kicker Dave Teggart, is probable with the dreaded "upper extremity" -- prompting this tweet from the Courant's Zac Boyer:
UConn injury report: Adam Masters out (arm); Jerome Williams probable (upper extremity). Does that mean Dave Teggart won the fight?
