Temple's unbeaten football team practiced in pads yesterday, probably the only time it'll do so in the 8 days between a win over Central Michigan and Saturday's game against Connecticut.

The Huskies (1-1) certainly expect to get Temple's best shot, whether it comes from a desire for revenge or not.

Shoemate is a thumper. You're going to feel him when he comes through the hole but he can do other things some of which we have yet to see.
