UConn picked to finish 10th by Big East coaches

UConn has been picked to finish 10th in the annual Big East Preseason Coaches Poll. The Huskies, who were 18-16 last season and went to the NIT, received 113 points in the poll.

Pittsburgh topped the poll, collecting 12 first-place votes. They were followed by Villanova (one first place vote), Syracuse (two first place votes) and Georgetown.

West Virginia was picked fifth and St. John's came in sixth (also with one first place vote).
