The preseason ESPN/USA Today coaches' poll was released today, with UConn checking in at the two spot. North Carolina was a unanimous selection at #1.
UConn is one of seven Big East teams ranked in the poll. Also checking in are Louisville (#3), Pittsburgh (#6), Notre Dame (#9), Marquette (#17), Georgetown (#18) and Villanova (#25). Also receiving votes were Syracuse and West Virginia.
