It's terrible that UConn is banned from this year's NCAA tournament, but that awful fact doesn't mean we can't all still enjoy the great American tradition of picking brackets and watching them blow up in our faces by the end of the first weekend. To that end we are once again holding a UConnBlog Bracket Challenge. The only real prize is pride (and maybe getting some love on twitter), but who ever said pride wasn't worth fighting for.

As for scoring, we're using a 1-2-4-8-12-16 point progression. Also, since we're in schadenfreude mode, we'll being using upset seed-differential scoring, meaning that if you pick a 16 seed to beat a 1 (and it happens) you'll get one point for picking the game, plus 15 bonus points (the seed differential). Keep that in mind as you're making your picks.
