UConn misses out on Penn State's Khairi Fortt

Last week we told you that UConn had its eye on a few Penn State players, including linebacker Khairi Fortt, who is from Connecticut. However, UConn has apparently missed out on Fortt who announced today that he would transfer to Cal.
