UConn - Cincinnati Tournament History: 1995 edition

I don't remember much about the game, except that watched it in my parents' friends' restaurant, and I thought Cincinnati was pretty good that year. They were led by Danny Fortson, but the Huskies managed to hold him to 10 points on 4-10 shooting. Some dude named Darnell Burton went off for 21, and bench players Art Long and LaZelle Durden had 22 and 25 points, respectively.

On the Huskies side, Ray Allen dropped 24 points on 9-17 shooting, and my personal hero Doron "the Israeli Iceman" Sheffer had 9 dimes alongside his 16 points. Kevin Ollie helped out with 13 from the bench.

UConn would go on to lose a barn burner to UCLA, 102-96, in the elite 8.

Anybody remember more than I do?
