"I told you [media] guys after we lost to St. John's and played very poorly that I love the season," Calhoun said. "I loved it after that loss, which was the worst loss, far and away, we've had this year. I'm very consistent. I love coaching this team. … I just want this team to get in place to be able to show down the line just how good it can be, because at one point in the season, we could have beaten anybody. And I think we'll get back there."

Regional Digest: White Joins UConn Staff - Hartford Courant
Clayton White was officially named an assistant coach at UConn on Monday, completing new coach Paul Pasqualoni's staff. White will work with running backs and special teams. White spent the 2010 season as defensive backs coach and special teams coordinator at Western Kentucky. Western's punt return team ranked third in the Sun Belt Conference at 8.13 yards per return. The Hilltoppers led the conference in total defense.
