Player Profile: Bria Hartley

You have heard about the amazing Maya Moore and her 41 points to gain the all time Division 1 consecutive wins streak. The world (or Northeast coast) has heard about her. But what about an (almost) equally important player by the name of Bria Hartley.

Hartley may only be a freshman, but she may be the 2nd most important player on the UConn Women's Basketball team and their amazing streak. In the historic game vs Florida State, she scored 21 points and going an amazing 5-6 from 3 point area. And just imagine, Moore went 1-5 from 3.

Bria will be the next great one for UConn after Maya Moore leaves. You are watching a great player becoming a superstar, but without people noticing because of Maya Moore.
