The most beautiful words you've ever heard: An evening with Randy Edsall

hi, randy

Hi, guys!

Maybe dreams do come true.

For the low, low price of $42 ($37 for Alumni association members) you can go on a romantic dinner date with UConn football coach Randy Edsall.

Where will this magical evening take place, you ask? A fancy French restaurant? How about a Broadway show?

No, no. Think magical-er.

"The Greater Hartford Chapter of the University of Connecticut Alumni Association invites you to join UConn alumni, fans and friends in kicking off the 2009 football season at An Evening with Head Coach Randy Edsall. This event will take place on Thursday, August 6 at 6:00 p.m. at Rentschler Field.

"The night includes a cocktail reception, buffet dinner and a variety of great prizes. After dinner, Coach Randy Edsall will recap the 2008 International Bowl championship season and and what to expect from the Huskies' high-flying offense and rock-solid defense in 2009."

Only $42 to learn the secrets of the inside draw? A slew of prizes?

I'm there.
