In the area that matters most: high school rankings.
Coming out of Mechanicsburg in 2006, concussion-prone UConn QB and soon-to-be starter Zach Frazer was a higher-rated QB prospect than Heisman winner Sam Bradford, and could probably fix an engine quicker the projected No. 1 overall draft pick.
So far, Bradford has a bit of an edge in college.
Still, if the less-than-1/4 correctness of this list holds up, there's only blue, non-concussed skies ahead for Frazer.
